RIGHT CONFESSION -- DOOR TO THE SUPERNATURAL ! The same is true when you make a negative confession because it is written, in (Proverbs 18:21). "Death and life are in the power of the tongue and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof." And also in (Proverbs 6:2). "You are snared with the words of your lips, you are called by the speech of your mouth." Yes the same is true of doubt. Don't confess your doubts, all your fears, or your weaknesses you don't have any more business having doubts and fears and weaknesses then you do dope ! Doubt as well as fear and any other thing that the human race has inherited from the devil is just as evil as dope, and if it's evil, we haven't got any business having it. Fear and doubt is contraband goods. Doubt and fear is of the devil. Many people think they are just being honest when they confess that they are afraid or they doubt. But if you are saved, you need not be full of doubt or fear. Start confessing who you are in Christ. You are a believer in most cases many people confess that they are Christians --- a new creature. Talk that, believe that, think that. If you are tempted -- and none of us is above temptation -- because it is written, "Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God; for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempreth he any man; But every man is tempted when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bring before sin; and sin, when it is finished, bringeth before death." (James 1:13-15-15). You can resist the devil and he will flee from you. Refuse to doubt or fear and even anxiety in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and the "tormenting twins" of the enemy will leave you. When I said resist the devil in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, you must tell the enemy what is written, Jesus is our example in (Matthew 4:4 through 11). But if you entertain them, they will defeat you. Don't get up and bragged that the devil tempted you to doubt or do anything that is contrary to the will of God. You should be just as embarrassed to talk about being full of doubt as you will be if you were tempted to steal. You know that it's wrong to steal or lie, but it's also wrong to not or to be afraid and have anxiety. And there was no use discussing which is more evil, because if it's evil, we don't have any business with it at all. You have no more business saying words of doubt than say curse words. That's the devil's language. Quit talking the devil's language and start talking God's language ! God is a faith God. You and I were told to have faith in God, or the God kind of faith ! We are faith children of a faith God. You don't have the doubt, because you are not a doubter; you are first a believer. So keep on believing. Remember, your confessing of Satan's ability to keep you from success gives him dominion over you. Your confession of your doubts gives thou dominion over you, and your doubts become stronger. The same is true concerning the spirit of fear !
