THE KEYS OF THE KINGDOM : Many People have either prayed wrong or said something wrong ! Do you see what's speaking your problem will do, it is the same as telling God your problem ! Don't ever talk your problem before people that believe in problems. Find someone who believes in answers from the Word of God. Someone who will agree that the problem is removed. Let go of the problem and cast the whole of your care over on the Lord. (1 Peter 5:7). Take hold of the answer. Hold fast to the answer until that is all you can see. Remember words creates images ! The story is told of a lady who looked out her back door and saw her three children playing with three little skunks she shouted, "Run, kids, run !" And they did. Each one grabbed their little skunks and took off running ! That reminds me so much of people who say they are Christians who bring their problems to the altar and say, "Here is this problem, Lord," but when they get up, they take their stinky problem with them ! They go home and worry about it all night. If they are worrying over it, they still have it. They haven't left it with God. Have you ever heard the phrase a mind is a terrible thing to waste ? Well, it is true if the mind is not renewed with the Word of God. It is important to get your mind renewed with the Word of God, because the soul did not get saved. You who are a spirit, and lives in that body, and have a soul; still thinks in line with the world and apart from God. For example, let's suppose you have a watch that does not run. You take it to a jeweler and asked him to fix it for you. As you are holding it in your hand, you keep asking him when he is going to fix it. He replies, "when you give it to me." If you have the watch (problem), he can't fix it. But when He has the problem, you don't have it anymore. It is foolish to worry over something you don't have. When you are holding onto your problems, God's hands are tied. When you turn it loose, then God can do something about it. "Casting all your care upon him; for he caresth for you (1 Peter 5:7). He did not say to pray that God will take your cares. God will not take them from you. He instructs you to get rid of them by casting All Your Cares upon Him. He will not take them, but he will receive them !
