THE HOLY SPIRIT IMAGE ! Jesus establishes his authority in the earth, because he was born as a man in the earth ! "And when he was coming to the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he was teaching, and said, by what authority doest thou these things ? And who gave thee this authority ?" (Matthew 21:23-24). "And Jesus answered and said unto them, I also will ask you one thing, which if you tell me, I in like wise will tell you by what authority I do these things. The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or of men ? And they reasoned with themselves, saying, if we shall say from heaven; he will say, why, then, believed you him not ? But and if we say, of men; all the people will stone us; for they are persuaded that John was a prophet. And they answered that they could not tell from where it was. And Jesus said to them, neither tell I you by what authority I do these things." Any believer who will conceive God's Word concerning the baptism of the Holy Spirit and speaking with other tongues will receive the manifestation of it. The Holy Spirit Will Manifest Himself through their spirit in a prayer language of tongues. The Holy Spirit will come in when faith is exercised. That's the way salvation comes. That also is the way divine healing comes. That is the way all the promises of God are manifested. They must be conceived the in your spirit first. The apostle Paul said, in (Romans 10:8-9). "But what saith it ? The word is near thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart; that is the word of faith. Which we preach: that if thou shalt confess with the mouth the Lord Jesus (the word) and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Unto deliverance, unto preservation, unto healing. Unto soundness, that's the Greek word (SOZO) is where we get all of the meanings of salvation). Everything that you receive from God enters first into the human spirit (heart), where it is conceived by faith. Now, concerning the baptism of John; it was of men. The baptism of the Holy Spirit is from heaven ! Now, "Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to the Jordan unto John, to be baptized by him. But John forbade him saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and cometh down to me ? And Jesus answering said unto him, I permit it to be so now; for those it becomes with us to fulfill all righteousness. Then he consented to him. And Jesus when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water; and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him. And, lo, a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."
