THE GOD KIND OF FAITH WON'T WORK IN YOUR HEAD ! Here is something that many have never understood and yet tryed just because you believe the Scripture is in the Bible does not mean the promise is going to be true in your life. "According as his divine power has given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that had called us to glory and virtue; by which are given unto us exceeding the great and precious promises, that by These You Might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust." (2 Peter 1:1 through 4). You and I must develop yourself in faith regarding that promise. Again, just finding something in the Bible it doesn't mean you have faith to believe for it. Just saying, "I believe the Scripture," doesn't make it come true in your life. . . Faith in God is the substance of things hoped for. . . You hope for that promise to be true for you. We all hope for the promises of the word of God to become true in our personal life, such as Healing, Financial Prosperity and Spiritual Gifts and Soundness. But hold will not bring the promise into manifestation. Yet hope is needful. For without hold you won't have anything for faith to give substance to. People come to be pray for hoping to be healed or delivered. But hold will not heal them, because there is no substance of healing in hope. Yet, if they didn't have hope, they wouldn't come. Many lose hope, then they have nothing for faith to give substance to. They give up too quickly because the things that they are believing for has not materialized in their life. DEVELOP YOURSELF--IT TAKES TIME: I had been trying to operate in this God kind of faith for years with my head, and found out it doesn't work that way. The carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, neither, indeed, can be. I participated in what you call church and trying to get the promises to manifest in my life through my head did not work !. Now, when God the spirit told me to forget everything I have learned in what is called church and study to show myself approved to God a workman that need not to be a shame rightly dividing the word. In other words, I had to develop myself in the things of God ! I had to learn how to apply correct knowledge. I was tired of the Americanize Christianity, the up-and-down roller coaster of Christianity. Although I had to learn the God kind of faith through trial and error. And I made a lot of errors but I have an instructor with me. He helped me along. I learned what would work and what wouldn't work. Now, I am sharing these trues to whomsoever has ears to hear let them hear !
