WHY JESUS HAD GREAT FAITH ! Have you ever wondered why Jesus has such great faith ? I know what you're thinking: because he was the son of God, No, Jesus had great faith because He spoke only that which He heard His Father say. And faith in God comes by hearing. "And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, had one that judgeth him: the words that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. And I know that this commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak." (John 12:47-50). Whose words are you speaking ? Jesus spoke the words of His Father. When He did, it caused faith to come. Faith that is in God's word gets into your spirit when you speak it. Are you speaking the words of your father the devil ? Because if you are speaking words of Satan; it will cause fear and sickness to come. The Bible didn't say that faith comes by reading, it says faith comes by hearing. In order to hear something, it must be spoken. It's more powerful when you hear it spoken out of your mouth because you like what you say more than you liked what anyone else says. Jesus says, "And when he put forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers. (v.4-5) of John 10: (v. 26- 27) of John 10: "But you believe not, because you are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they know me: please read, (John 10:1 through 42). The words you speak affect you more than anyone else. You can get some faith by hearing me speak the Word of God. But faith in God will come to you more quickly if you speak it out of your mouth. That's why God told Joshua, "Keep My words in your mouth day and night." In other words, "keep saying what I said." When Satan came against Jesus, tempting Him in the wilderness, Jesus didn't go into prayer and prayed: Jesus responded by speaking only what His Father said, "It is written. . ." (Matthew 4:4 through 10). This is how you get highly developed in the God kind of faith.
