THE LAW OF CORRESPONDING ACTION: THE GOD KIND OF FAITH REQUIRES ACTION ! The words you are speaking, even when you are not confessing the Word of God, should be in agreement with the Word of God. For they are seeds, whether or not you intend to plant them. God's law of seedtime and harvest works, when you work them the way Jesus says to work them In His Word. It works all the time. You don't just turn it on and turn it off, and say, "I'm saying all of these things, but I'm not really planning seed, I'm just saying this." If you keep saying it, because the truth is faith comes by hearing and by hearing the Word of God (Romans 10:17), you are planting seeds. Jesus said: "If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain." The King James Bible. Now, in the amplified Bible the same verse says: "if anyone thinks himself to be religious (prously observant of the external duties of his faith) and does not bridle his tongue but deludes his own heart, this person's religious service is worthless (futile, barren)." (James 1:26). He deceives his own heart. He is deceiving the soil of his heart into believing the things spoken all what he or she wants. I you could say, "I want a harvest of wheat," but if you plant corn, you have deceived the soil. The soil will produce corn. It will not produce wheat, because the seed determines the harvest, not the soil. The life is in the seed. Let's look again at what Jesus said in (Mark chapter 4. This puts some balancing to corresponding action. "And he said, so is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground; and should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how. For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that full corn in the ear." (Mark 4:26-28).
