THE DOMINION WITH YOUR WORDS ! This is the way Adam was to have dominion in the beginning. God told Adam to have dominion over the fish of the sea, the fowl of the air, over everything that creeps on the earth. Now that's good news in itself, just knowing that you have dominion over creeps. How was Adam going to subdue the elephant ? He would have to do it with his faith. There was not much he could do about it physically. He had to do it with his faith and the power of words. He had to operate in dominion by his faith filled words. He had to operate the way God operated. He was in God's likeness. THE TONGUE CAN DECEIVE THE HEART ! "If anyone thinks himself to be religious (piously observant of the external duties of his faith) and does not bridle his tongue but deludes his own heart, this person's religious service is worthless (futile, barren)." The amplified Bible. James said, "If Any Man Seems to Be Religious, what he believes will be in vain if he doesn't watch what he speaks." There are many that seems to be religious, but they don't bridle their tongues. They speak all sorts of things that destroyed their faith and deceive their heart. When they start out in their Christian life, they may have great faith. But if they believe and speak everything they hear on television or on some other entertainment medium they will have faith in the devil to steal what the have. They will have faith in depression, instead of prosperity. They will have faith in sickness, instead of healing, they would have faith and worry, instead of peace. What they believe in the beginning will disappear because faith cometh by hearing. Fear also, the same way. If you pray one thing and say another, you're saying will nullify your praying. Let me say it also this way; if you pray one thing and say something else, your say will make your praying of non-effect. In other words your prayers will not go past to ceiling. Remember I said in one of the posts: mustard seed faith is faith that is consistent that cannot be cross contaminated. A mustard seed plant cannot be cross pollinated with any other plant in the world. Mustard will be mustard is just that simple you can check with any university in the world and they will tell you a mustard plant cannot be cross pollinated with no other plant. Mustard will be mustard, in other words it will be consistently the same ! That is the way your praying and you're saying should be in order to have an effective prayer life. We were already told do not be like the heathens or hypocrites who think that their much speaking will get an audience with God. It is the prayer of faith that works.
