SOME BELIEVE IT'S MAKE-BELIEVE ! The un-regenerated man or woman spirit is dead to the things of God because of sin. I said sin singular; the only sin that man or woman is guilty of is rejecting Jesus who came and solved the sin nature that all human beings were born with when they came into this world. Do anyone have an idea what a Viper is ? It is a snake that has a split tongue ! John says, that you must be born again ! Yes, the human spirit has to be regenerated or born again. The Scripture says, "There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews; the same came to Jesus by night, and set out to him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God; for no man can do these miracles that thou do is accept God be with him. Jesus answered, and said unto him, Verily, verily or truly, truly, I say unto you thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus said unto Him, How can a man be born when he is old ? Natural mines only think about natural thing in the natural; can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born ? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, OR truly, truly, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water And of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; And That Which Is Born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I say unto thee, You must be born again." (John 3:1 through 7) Now let's take this one step further; (John 6:63). It is the Spirit that giveth life; the flesh profiteth nothing. The words that I speak unto you, they are Spirit, and they are life." Yet, let's take it another step forward; "Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abided forever." For all flesh is like grass, and all the glory of man like the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and its flower falleth away, But the word of the Lord endureth forever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you." Now what are you going to do with these words ? Somewhere tell you, you are just playing make-believe, confessing all these things. You're just living in a world of make-believe. What does the Scripture say ? Does it say, this is the beginning of make-believe which Jesus did ? No it doesn't say that. It says, "This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee. . . (John 2:11). People may tell you that you are playing make-believe. They may tell you all sorts of things. Religious people who are dogmatic about their all little doctrines are the most vicious people in the world. Obey the kingdom principles. Don't try to turn water into gasoline or wine. Jesus didn't just sit there and say, we can't have wine. We don't have wine. He called for some water, and it came. Then he called it wine. He used what was available to call the thing that was needed. Water, which was not wine, brought to nought the need, which was wine. You and I must have the word of God in our heart (spirit) for the word of God is eternal life, it is Spirit life, that re-creates the human spirit and the nature of God is imparted to your spirit.
