MAKING SCRIPTURES VALID IN YOUR LIFE ! I remember the day when I first started using scriptures to make them valid in my life. It was a Monday of 1985, when I took God's Word and told the Father what Jesus said in (Mark 11:22- 23). At that time I was incarcerated in the Texas penal system, and had a desire to be outside trustee. Remember, I told you that the enemy comes for the word sake. The first time I applied for trustee status I was denied, and I went back to God with the same Scripture. The second time I was denied. And I went back to God with that scripture. The third time I applied God's word to my desire, I thought, "Glory to God ! There is power in agreement with God's Word. But it came weeks and months after I had started confessing it. It is not going to happen overnight. Many people take the path of less resistance. This is a process. Just keep speaking God's word over every situation. JESUS DEFEATED SATAN WITH THE WORDS OF HIS MOUTH ! I told you in times past, that we are under God's word system. Do you realize that this is what Jesus did to defeat Satan on the mountain of temptation ? Jesus spoke only what God said. That is all He spoke. Many of God's precious people are letting all kind of things come out of their mouth. Jesus defeated Satan with God's Words. He shook Satan's kingdom beyond repair. Satan was never able to get it back together against Him. If you will get hold of this principle of the kingdom of God, he won't be able to get it together against you either. You have the authority to declare these things, because they are the promises of God. For poverty He has given me wealth, for sickness He has given me health, for death He has given me eternal life. (Reference: 2 Corinthians 8:9; Isaiah 53:5; John 10:10; John 5:24). You may be sick and poor, but confess these anyway. It is what God's Word says about you. There is no lack, for God supplies all my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Now isn't Jesus the Word that was made flesh ? Reference: John 1:1-5; Philippians 4:19). There may be lack all around you. But proclaim what God said about you, in other words get your mouth lined it up to what God said about you. Regardless of what appears to be fact to the natural five senses. Take these confessions and get in your bathroom or your bedroom, you can even use something that is called your warroom. Walk back and forth speaking them outloud. Don't whisper them. Don't just read them to yourself. Quote them out loud. Speak them into your heart. Because faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God (Romans 10:17).
