JESUS IS THE WAY TO NEW LIFE ! The apostle Paul writes to the Galatians Christians and say. "In this freedom Christ has made us free [and completely liberated us]; stand fast the, and do not be hampered and held ensnared and submit again to a yoke of slavery [which you have once put off]. (Galatians 5:1). The amplified Bible. I know that many of you are struggling to live the Christian life that God through Christ Jesus has called us unto. Many are struggling with pornography, meaning are struggling with drugs and alcohol and to mention tobacco, and many other things that are not mentioned in this lesson. "Yet [just] as it that time the child [ ordinary birth] born according to the flesh despised and persecuted him [who was born remarkably] according to [the promise and the working of] the Holy Spirit, so it is now also. But what does the Scripture says ? Cast out and send away the slave woman and her son, for never shall the son of the slave woman be heir and share the inheritance with the son of the free woman. So, brothers and sisters, we [who are born again ] are not children of the slave woman [the natural] but of the free [the supernatural ]." (Galatians 4:30-31) the amplified Bible. I say these things to provoke you onto love: not that I should make you feel ashamed or embarrassed ! "But if you bite and devour one another [in partisan strife], be careful that you [in your whole fellowship] are not consumed by one another. But I say, walk and live [habitually in the born again spirit responsive to and controlled and guided by the spirit; then you will certainly not gratify the cravings and desires of the flesh (of human nature without God). For the desires of the flesh are opposite to the born again Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are opposite to the flesh (godless human nature); for these are antagonistic to each other [continually with standing and in conflict with each other] so that you are not free but are prevented from doing what you desire to do. But if you are guided by the born again spirit, you are not subject to the Law. Now the doing (practices) of the flesh are clear (obvious): they are immorality, impurity, indecency, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, anger (ill temper), selfishness, divisions (dissensions), party spirit (factions, sects with peculiar opinions, heresies), Envy, drunkenness, carousing, and the like. I warn you before hand, just as I did previously, that those who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. (Galatians 5:15 through 21). The amplified Bible. For you, brothers and sisters, were indeed called to freedom; only do not let your freedom be an insensitive to your flesh and an opportunity to excuse for selfishness. But through love you should serve one another. For The Whole Law concerning human relationship is completed within the one precept, you should love your neighbor as you do yourself."
