HIS KINGDOM RULES OVER ALL ! God sends messages by Angels from time to time. However, God speaks primarily to men in their born-again spirit. Angels all called messengers. Yet sometimes you are giving them assignments. (Psalms 103) gives more insight into this. "The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all. Bless the Lord, you his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, (words), harkening unto the voice of his word." (Psalms 103:19-20). Notice that the kingdom "ruleth over all." Where is the kingdom ? The kingdom is within you, if you are Born again ! (Luke 17:21). Although God's throne is in the heavens, His kingdom or His government "ruleth over all." The Angels are doing His commandments. What are the commandments of God ? David said the words of God are His statues and His commandments. (Mark 11:23) says that whosoever shall say to the mountain or problem, "Be thou removed," and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he saith. Angels know what God said and it seems that the Angels are on the earth to make sure That God's Word comes to pass concerning us. They know what God said and they are listening to what you say. I believe the words you speak that are in agreement with God's word That gives them assignments. If you are saying what God said, then you are assigning changes to goal and caused that to come into manifestation. The opposite end of this, is when you say what the devil said; then the fallen ones that went with him are at work to cause the things that you say to come to pass. Notice in (Psalms 103:20) that the Angels harkens to the voice of God's Word -- or we could say they hearken to the sound of God's Word. If you give voice to God's Word, then the Angels will hearken to what you say, for you have given voice or sound to God's Word. One day, I was studying along this line of words and creative power and all of a sudden, a voice said "say what I say." Jesus said, "Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that you mete withal it shall be measured to you again." (Luke 6:38). Paul the apostle said that if you sow bountifully, you will reap bountifully .(2 Corinthians 9:6) if you give voice to that word of promise by confessing it, Angels are listening to what you say and they will hearken to your voice. They harkens to the sound you give to God's Word. God's word says a man will have what he says, if he believes and doubts not in his heart. If you are believing and not doubting in your heart what you are saying, then the Angels assignment is to make sure that you eventually have what you are saying. The devil works this also in reverse gear ! It may take we come may take months, it may even take, but just rest assure that they are working on it. They harkens to the voice of God's Word. Just as the devil is to your voice of giving words. Do as David said in (Psalms 107:2). Let the redeemed of the Lord say so. . . So began to say, "thank God, I am redeemed from the curse of the law and delivered from the authority of darkness, in the name of Jesus. I am blessed coming and going out; blessed in the basket and in the store. No weapon formed against me will prosper; but thank God, what ever I do will prosper, because I am like a tree planted by the rivers of water." By saying this, you have given voice to God's Word and the Angels have been given that assignment. You influence Angels or demons by speaking either Satan words are God's Words after Him.
