GOD MULTIPLIES THE SEED SOWN ! But there are always some people who will say, "Yes, but I know why you are giving. You are giving to get, and that is selfish." But the word says that if you give, it shall be given unto you. God furenishes seed for the sower, bread for your food, and multiplies your seed sown. The law of seed time and harvest is God's law all through the Bible. As long as this earth remains, that is the way it will work. (Genesis 8:22). If you need money, you give money. If you need time, give time to God, or to other people. It will multiply and come back to you. Everything produces after its kind. (Genesis 1:11-12). But some still say, "I know why you are giving. You are giving to get." Now that's like walking up to a farmer and saying, "Oh, I know why you are planting those soybeans. You just want more soybeans." Yes, that's God's law. They don't criticize the former because he plants. That's the law of seed time and harvest. So don't criticize those who are obedient to God's law of giving and receiving. I understand that you could have wrong motives. We do need to guard against wrong motives. But don't throw the baby with the bathwater, so to speak. You don't throw out the whole thing just because some people operate with wrong motives. They aren't going very far before they fall on their faces. Because their hearts will condemn them. Many people are sowing seeds of fear, which is faith in reverse gear. Simply because they have faith in their fears. Many people are sowing seeds of sickness, because they have more faith in their sicknesses; Oh, yes they say they want to be healed, or they want to be delivered from their fears or their sicknesses. But they do not understand that they are releasing the seeds by the words of thy mouth. And do not understand that faith comes by hearing, will you hearing God's word are your words ! Maybe a present fact that you are sick, or that you do operating fear. It does not have a right to operate in your body. Your body is like a child, it will do what it wants to do until you tame it. The Scripture says modify the deeds of the flesh. To modify something means to change it. Either many people do not want to change or they do not know how to change it. (Romans 12:1- 2) tells us how to change !
