DEVELOPING YOURSELF IN THE GOD KIND OF FAITH --- IT TAKES TIME ! I have been driving cars and trucks for over 40+ years. But I didn't just wake up one morning and say, "I believe in cars and trucks. I guess I can drive a car or a truck." I had to learn to be a driver. I didn't go out there one morning and say, "yes, I believe that car or truck will move. I believe I can drive one." I Had to Develop Myself. I had to learn to drive a car or truck. It was through trial and error. And I made a few errors. But I had an instructor with me. He helped me along. I learned what would work and what wouldn't work. The same thing is true concerning the God kind of faith; I'm not talking about what is called church. I'm talking about developing a relationship with the God kind of faith in God and in His Word. I don't care who you are. When you start developing your faith in God and in His Word, you will have to grow and develop. You start where you are in faith and develop from there. You develop in the God kind of faith over a period of time. You will learn what works and what doesn't work. You will learn what will short out your faith in God and in. HIs Word and what will make it work faster. The enemy has had plenty times to develop us in the world's way of thinking and doing because of the fallen nature; that nature which separates us from God. That is why you must be born again a new from above and beginning the process of renewing your mind to God's thoughts and ways ! There is a such thing as the spirit of the world and the Spirit of God: those who mind the spirit of the world do follow those things of the world, and those that are of the spirit of God mind those things which is of God. Now Back to Rightly Dividing the Word ! Verse 15 of (1 Corinthians 2). "But the spiritual man tries all things [he examines, investigates, inquires into, questions, and discerns all things]. Yet he himself to be put on trial and judged by no one [he can read the meaning of everything, but no one can properly discern or appraise or get an insight into him]. For who has known or understood the mind (the counsels and purposes) of the Lord so as to guide and instruct Him and give him knowledge ? But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart. (Spirit) ! However, breathren I could not talk to you as to spiritual [men], but as to non-spiritual [men], but as to non-spiritual men of the flesh, in whom the carnal nature predominates], as to mere infants [in the new life] in Christ [unable to talk yet ! I fed you with milk, not solid food for you were not yet strong enough to be ready for it]; but even yet you are not strong enough [to be ready for it], For you are still [unspiritual, having the nature] of the flesh [under the control of ordinary impulses]. For as long as [there are] envying and jealousy and wrangling and frictions among you, are you not unspiritual and of the flesh, behaving yourself after a human standard and like mere unchanged men ? The amplified Bible.
