Have you ever caught yourself praying what demons have said ? That's an embarrassing situation. You get these thoughts thinking that you are thinking these thoughts: when all the time it is the enemy of all humanity that is planting these thoughts in your mind. It may be from the things that you are listening to, it may be through a person that you call friend; it may be through your favorite entertainment or media. Once while praying, boy I thought I was praying when I was complaining, I said, "Lord, my prayer is not working. Things are getting worse." The Spirit of God Said, "Who told you that ?" I thought for a minute and said, "it must have been the devil, because You Sure Didn't Say It in Your Word." Remember God and The Word are one: and God is not going to say anything that is not written. The Holy Spirit is not going to tell you anything other than what is written. He said, "no That. And I would appreciate it if you would quit telling me what the devil said." Many times people pray the problem or problems instead of the answer. What is the answer ? The answer is found in the Scriptures that God has said. If you pray the problems in prayer, you then will have more faith in the problem, because faith cometh by hearing. This is simple it takes religion to miss things up: and many of you are so caught up in your religious traditions that you are making the word of God of none effect in your life. You can destroy your faith by your praying when you prayed the problems. God already knows about your problems, he has given you the provisions Of His Word to have victory over your problems. If you pray, "Now, Lord, you know that I am sick and I want to be healed: if you will just calm down and touch my body I will be made whole." There's your problem right there: He said call for the elders of the church and let them anoint you with oil and the prayer of faith shall deliver the sick, and if they have committed any sins they shall be forgiven him." (That's my paraphrase of it). "Is anyone among you sick ? He should call in the church elders (the spiritual guides). And they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the Lord name's." Now that statement is not telling you to just say Jesus Jesus Jesus: that statement is telling you to call upon the Words of God. Don't be like the heathens thinking that their much speaking that they shall be heard ! My God only answers the prayer of faith ! If you will turn to (Revelation 19: 13). He is dressed in a robe dyed by dipping in blood, and the title by which He is called is THE WORD OF GOD," the amplified Bible. You can get it any plainer than that ! I dare you to put God in remembrance of what is written in your prayer life. And hold firm to the confession of your faith.
