BE A DOER, NOT JUST A HEARER ! "But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: for he beholdeth himself come and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed." (James 1: 22 -25)The King James Bible. But you must do it. It is not a matter of saying "Well, it's in the Bible. I guess it will happen to me." No it will not just happen to you because it's in the Bible. You as well as me must call for the promises in order for them to be manifested in our life. Now, the same Scripture. "But be doers of the Word [obeying the message], and not merely listeners of it, betraying yourselves [into deception by reasoning contrary to the Truth]. That is exactly what is called church has taught people: just come to church and live any kind away and they have the gall to tell you that God understands you're only human. No, you are more than just a human being; you were made in the image and likeness of God. You are in the same class as God. However, because of what Adam and Eve did in the garden when Satan came to tempt mankind; they received a fallen nature. "For if anyone only listens To the Word without obeying it and being a doer of it, he is like a man who looks carefully at his [own] natural face in a mirror; for he thoughtfully observes himself, and then goes off and promptly forgets what he was like. But he who looks carefully into the faultless law, the [law] of liberty, and is faithful to it and perseveres in looking into it, being not a heedless listener who forgets but an active doer [who obeys] he shall be blessed in his doing (his life of obedience)". The kingdom of God is as if a man cast seed into the ground (heart). You must sow the seed, then the harvest will come. The harvest has no choice. It must come. It is God's promise. If you will sow the seed, you eventually will receive a harvest for the law of seedtime and harvest is still in effect. It will never cease as long as the Earth remaineth. This is God's method, and it will work for you. The choice is yours. Remember the traditions of men will make the Word of God of no effect in your life. In other words your traditional upbringing in what is called church will affect you from being successful in the body of Christ. So you must make a decision to do it. If you are not satisfied with your harvest, check up on the seed you are sowing. If you are sowing the Incorruptible Seed of God's Word, your harvest is on the way. However, if you are so incorruptible seed your harvest is still on the way. Don't give up. With God, you can make it.
