ACTIVATING THE PROMISE BY FAITH ! The apostle Paul, instructs us to confess Jesus as Lord. The we as believers of the new covenant or instructor to confess the Word of God, which is Jesus ! When a sinner comes to repentance, if he or she goes to the Scripture, here she confesses Jesus as the Lord of his or her life, and that breaks the power of the devil over their life. He or she confesses because they believe the Word of God. They may say, "I believe Jesus died for my sins, and I confess that he That is the Lord of my life." Before that, Jesus wasn't the Lord of his or her life. The devil was. But because they made the decision by faith and declared it, all the demons of hell couldn't stop it from coming to pass. At that moment he or she came into right--standing with God. This is the righteousness which is of faith. They probably didn't feel righteous or that Jesus was there Lord, but they made the decision to believe it and to proclaim it. This is how the righteousness which is of faith works. "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Now, the word "salvation" doesn't just mean being saved. It mean, Soundness, Deliverance, Preservation, healing. All four of those meetings is for the whole man or woman. So with the mouth confession is made unto preservation, unto soundness, unto deliverance, unto healing. It's unto it is manifested in your life. The reason why people are experiencing the things that they are experiencing is because they are keeping the problem before them they confess it daily. With the heart, man believe. Faith is a function of the inner man, or the heart. He or see believe with his or her whole inner being. Faith works in the heart, not in the head. Jesus said, "have faith in God". When the Sinner repeats and makes a confession of faith, he or she releases God's energy force within themselves. They speak it into existence. "With the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. I have stated what salvation means, all of these ideas are included in that one word, SOZO. But sometimes we take it to mean just being saved or born again. Let's put it in perspective. Paul said that with the heart, man can believe and be born again. But if you want deliverance, preservation, healing and soundness, you must get your mouth in motion. Begin to speak the promises. . . . And with the mouth confession is made unto (deliverance, preservation, healing, and soundness). Here Paul is not just referring to being born again or saved. He is also referring to possessing the promises of God. This is why he said this promise of being heir of the world was not to Abraham through the Law, but through the righteousness which is of faith. This righteousness which is of faith speaks the Word of God. It says, "the Word is nigh ME . I can possess the promise. The promise is NIGH me. If you have a need, remember that the promise is nigh you. Take the promise. Speak it out of your mouth. When it is spoken, is heard and releases divine energy to the hearer. When God says something, it is true. Even when you look at a situation that says, "You are going to make it," the Word of God says, "whatever you do will prosper." (Psalms 1:3). The Word says, . . . That you may prosper in all that you do (Deuteronomy 29:9), and, No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper. . . (Isaiah 54:17). We voice his kissing God's Word out of our mouth. That is what the righteousness which is of faith does.
