ACTING IN AGREEMENT WITH GOD'S WORD ! You know we have sung that song, "When we all get to heaven, we'll sing and shout the victory." We have put victory off into then; but if we will learn to act on The Word of God, we could shout the victory here on earth. Jesus said we are to pray, "thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. It is God's will that we have victory here and that we shout it here on earth. But this doesn't come overnight, many have been religiously brainwashed with the traditions of men rather than the words of God ! Ask yourself, how are you going to call upon the name of the Lord ? Just by saying Jesus Jesus Jesus ! No, in (Revelation 19: 13). "He is dressed in a robe dyed by dipping in blood, and the title by which He is called is The Word of God." The amplified Bible. Yes the name of Jesus carries power; but The Word of God is the power of God unto deliverance, soundness, preservation, and healing. It is written: in the book of (Romans 4). "As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations), before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth [makes alive) the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were." I am a truck driver by trade, but I didn't learn to drive a truck in one day me months to study and practice. The first few lessons I thought I would never learn, but each time it became easier. The first time I saw the tractor-trailer I didn't believe I could drive. I thought the theme was to be in two heavy. It Will drive, but just because it will drive does not mean that I can drive. I would have to learn. You could say, "Well, I believe in prayer, then proud to work for you," in the same way you could say, "I believe in driving; therefore our two be able to drive." Just because you believe in driving does not mean you can get in that tractor-trailer and drive it. You might get in and move it, you might get in trouble, to say the least ! Well, what makes us think the Word of God is any different ? If we are going to operate in the Word accurately, we will have to spend time learning. We learned religiosity church and program, we have learned to sing unbelieving songs. It is the same with the law of electricity if you don't understand the laws that govern electricity, you are liable to get into trouble. The same power that will wash your clothes and cook your food and heat your house will you if you violate the law that governs it. The word of God is no less powerful. It operates on laws that will work when applied by Whomsoever will. The Word and the name of Jesus is one ! God And His Word is one; the Holy Spirit And the Word are one ! Many of you are in the position that you are in because You Will Not Take the Word of God seriously. Maybe you think, if I can just get to church I'll be all right. No, you need to get the Word of God in your mouth and then it gets in your heart (Romans 10: 8-9).
