TWO SYSTEMS OF FINANCE !

TWO SYSTEMS OF FINANCE ! "Yeah, but you're a preacher." Somebody might say. "You have special faith to believe God for money like that. You don't have to get out in the world and work for a living like I do." On the contrary, I'm no different than anyone else when it comes to believing God for money. I don't have some kind of special faith equipment. I do have a relationship and a revelation, though, about how God intends for believers to conduct our financial affairs: He doesn't want us going out in the world and working for a living. It doesn't matter what our vocation is--- whether we're called to be a preacher, a pilot, or a public school teacher--- we don't have any business dependent on this fallen world's system for our support. In the kingdom of God it's THE BLESSING of The Lord that makes rich, and He adds no sorrow with it. There is a vast difference between living by faith in THE BLESSING (which I call the Eden way) and the world's system of finance. We have been told that if a man do not work he shall not eat: that's true ! But when you are dealing with a Eastern culture you have to understand, that if a former has a shade with bags of seed; and does not go out into the field to work the ground to sow the seed there will be no harvest. The world system is rooted in the curse. It came into being after Adam was beguiled by Eve who was deceived by the serpent in the garden of Eden and turned his back on THE BLESSING and God said to him: "Cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; in the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread...(Genesis 3:17 through 19). When Adam heard those words, they came as a heartbreaking shock to him because he wasn't created to spend his life looking for food. He was created for a much more glorious purpose. He'd been given the worldwide assignment of BLESSING the whole earth and expanding the Garden of Eden until it filled the planet. Along with that assignment, God has given him "every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to... Be for meat." Adam didn't have to worry about going hungry. Food was all around him. THE BLESSING had created a garden full of it. He didn't have two earn it. The mindset today is much different than the mindset of God ! Adam just received it and enjoyed it. When he lost THE BLESSING through sin, however, that changed. Adam had to forget his worldwide mission for God and focus on his own provision. This is what people of the world and even Christians are doing, Many dear believers are operated under the curse of the law, when they are supposed to be operating under The Kingdom Of God that is within them! trying to meet their own needs and make their own provisions. Adam never got out of his own backyard because he spent his life trying to keep food on the table and clothes on his back. He had to toil (work) and sweat for a living because he was under the curse. Does this sound familiar !
