THE KINGDOM OF GOD IN YOU ! Notice, "Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any who were sick with [various] diseases, wrong them unto him [Jesus]; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them." Now any or all sicknesses and diseases are cause by demonic influences that has attached themselves to the bodies of believers and unbelievers alike. It is mainly an act of the will of believers as well as unbelievers. If you would allow me to explain this. Satan's power has been stripped, by the Lord Jesus Christ. However, Satan knows that if he can get you to say that you are sick; then he will accommodate your words, because he knows that words carry the power of the tongue. He cannot put anything on unless you are willing to receive. Jesus is preaching The Gospel of the kingdom of God: "And [demons] also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art the Christ, what they are saying is you are Anointed, "the Son of God. And he, rebuking them, did not allow them to speak; for they knew that he was Christ." Now compare (Luke 4:31 through -35). "And came down to Caperaum, a city of Galilee, and talk them on the Sabbath days." There someone thinking that Jesus done all this as the son of God; No, He was operating the kingdom principles as the Son of Man ! Preaching the kingdom of God. "And they were astonished at his doctrine; for his word was with power. Jesus says to us that greater works than these shall we do, Why ? Because he said he was going to the Father. "And in the synagogue (the building that was their church setting] there was a man, who had a spirit of an unclean [demon], and cried out with a loud voice, [now you have to understand that in the places that you called church there are people that are demonic or pressed or processed. And if the gospel of the kingdom is not being preached there is no anointing to destroy the yoke of bondage that the persons or people are under ! Demons will speak or they have certain characteristics of the following one Satan. "Saying, Let us along; what have we to do with thee: thou Jesus of Nazareth ?" It is obvious in the text that this one man had more than one demon. "Art thou come to destroy us ? I know thee, who thou art: the Holy one of God. And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the [demon] had thrown him down in the midst, he came out of him, and hurt him not." Now that tells us that when you are anointed and you are dealing with someone that is sick that demon will respond to your words of authority. However, if you are not anointed, or sitting in what is called church and there is no anointing on the man or woman that says they are pastor; then demons do not mind if you go to church long as there is no power there ! It must to have been night when all this was going on; because verse 42 reads. "And when it was day, he departed and went into a desert place; and the people sought him, and came unto him, and would have restrained] him, that he should not depart from them." The people wanted to join Jesus because they had never seen that kind of power of the kingdom of God demonstrated by a man. "And he said unto them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also; for therefore am I sent and he preached in the synagogues of Galilee." "And it came to pressed that, as the people upon him to hear the Word of God, he stood by the lake of Gennes'aret, and saw two boats standing by the lake, but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets. And he entered into one of the boats, which was Simon's and ask him that he would thrust out a little from the late, and he sat down, and talk to people out of the boat. Now when he had ceased speaking, he said and to Simon Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught. And Simon, answered, said unto him, Master, we have toiled all night, and have taken nothing; nevertheless, at thy word I will let down the net. And when they had this done, they enclose a great multitude of fish and their net broke. So many people are afraid to come out of their comfort zone: none after Jesus get through teaching he always gives a demonstration of the kingdom power. Now these were professional fishing, and you do not finished doing the day; because the fish will see the net and avoid it. But Jesus said, let down your neck ! Let me say this I then got off the subject, when you become a doer of the word, you become separated from the world; in other words you are in the world but you are not of the world ! It takes sanctification and obedience to the word to move mountains, demons, sickness, diseases ! You shouldn't compromise the gospel of the kingdom just to be a people pleaser !
