PROSPERITY DESTROYS FOOLS ! When you are confessing the Word of God, and doing what it says: what you are saying is setting your goals, and planting the incorruptible seed in the soil your (spirit) of the heart. It givees you directions. It establishes the destination. If you don't know where you are going, how would you know when you arrived ? How long would it take you to get there ? As we confess God's Word, over our lives: over our finances, over our families, we establish God's goals by His will (Word). I remember, just as it was yesterday; when God told me to say what He said. So I start confessing what God said about me. I was broke financially and trying to do ministry. With no resources whatsoever, I tried asking folks for money. But when people do give you money to do the work of the Lord they question your integrity. So I just learned how to do what God said do; (Luke 6: 38). "Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that you measure it shall be measured to you again." I simply believe God for a hundredfold return ! It took a while, to get my mind to cooperate with my spirit. I spoke it out loud. Those confessions changed my life. You must confess God's Word out loud so that you can hear your own voice --- that brings faith, because faith cometh by hearing. Faith does not come by reading. We have assumed that it did. The same thing is true about praying silently. But the Bible does not say that faith comes by reading or praying silently or praying if it be your will. It says that faith comes by hearing The Word of God. I continue to confess God's Word for many months. The Word totally change my life. It is the process of renewing the mind to think like God would think if he was in a similar situation or circumstance. When I started confessing the Word I was very negative. But it was several months before God's Word changed me, and God's Word can change you. Well, many of you think that you have to be developed to do this. But you're born again spirit is already developed to contain God: it is the mind that has to be renewed or developed to think like God.
