HEART DECEPTION--FAITH CONFESSION: Why would the tongue deceive the heart? Because the tongue speaks the words which are picked up by the inner ear and fed directly into the heart (mind) or the spirit of man. In your (mind) heart or spirit you assume that what you speak is what you want. Your tongue can deceive your heart (mind) into believing that the words spoken are actually what you want. Your heart (mind) are you will say and even the demons will say, "Let's find a way to bring that to pass." One could hardly teach this without getting into the other lessons; I will be teaching. This is the parable of the Sower. Jesus talked about the Sower sowing the Word. We are not going to do so much with the parable, but I want to deal with some of the things Jesus said about it when He interpreted the parable for them. THE SOWER SOWETH: (Mark 4:14) What is the man are women sowing? Words. Words that are spoken are seed. Specifically, Jesus is talking about the Word of God. That is what God was talking about when He told Joshua, "Don't let the Word of God depart out of your mouth." WORDS--INCORRUPTIBLE SEED: Since the Word of God is incorruptible seed, then there is a parallel with the words you speak. Every word you speak is a potential seed. Whether they grow, and what they produce. Depends on how you use them. God's Word is incorruptible seed. The farmers sow corruptible seed in their fields many of them do not know about the incorruptible seed. But when you operate in the kingdom of God; the kingdom law has to be implemented, which is the Word of God then you have incorruptible seed. When God's Word is in your mouth and you speak it, again and again that word is again incorruptible seed. That seed will always work. That doesn't mean you will always have the Harvest you intended. It simply means the seed will work. You can do things to stop the harvest or cause the seed to fail to produce. But you can't stop the seed from working. It will do its part. I believe this is why James made this statement, "if any man seems to be religious and bridles not his tongue, he will deceive his own heart, and his religion will be in vain." In other words, what he or she believes is in vain. If they don't bridle their tongue. Their tongue will deceive their hearts. When they get that deceit in their heart, it will lead him or her in the direction of their deceitful words, believing that is the direction he or she has ordered. THE KINGDOM AND THE SEED: Now let me show it to you in the Scripture. I know you may think, "where in the world did, he get that? In (Mark 4) Remember, in this parable Jesus has established that the Sower sows the Word of God. In verse 14 the Word was sown in the heart of man. Now look at verse 26 through 28: "And he said, so is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground; and should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knows not how. For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear." (Mark 4:26-28). The kingdom of God is as if a man cast seed into the ground. Jesus said in (Luke 17:21) . . . Behold, the kingdom of God is within you. God's Word is the spiritual power-- force that operates in that kingdom. The kingdom dwells within your heart. are your spirit and soul. This kingdom that dwells in your heart is no less powerful than the kingdom that will be set up in the new Jerusalem. In fact, it is of the same kingdom. But it is a spiritual manifestation of that kingdom. It is capable of bringing into manifestation everything you have need of in this life. It comes through the human soul and spirit. That's what Jesus is saying here. The kingdom of God is as a man cast seed incorruptible seed into the ground of the heart are the spirit. When it refers to man it means mankind. In other words, individual castings seed into the ground. Now, whether that's corruptible seed or incorruptible seed! "And he or she should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, they know not how." (Mark 4:27) I added the word they so that you can grab a mental picture. Notice, he goes to bed, and he gets up. Now, that's not hard to do--- have enough faith to go to bed and get up. But that verse doesn't mean that you just confess the Scriptures, and you won't have to work anymore. If you can't live by faith on your job, you're going to starve without it. the life of faith in God is not a way to laziness. The man or the woman plants the seed, and water the seed planted with the Word of God: (Ephesians 5:26), he or she sleeps and rises night and day. In other words, they go on about their business. The seed springs up and grow up, and they don't know how you don't have to know how it works. Just know it works and do it. However, you may be asking yourself; how does he know it works, because the law of faith will work for those who work the Word of God. Remember without faith it is impossible to please God. James says don't just be a hear Of the Word and not a doer and deceiver your own heart.
