Exceedingly Growing Faith : The Holy Spirit dwells within you who are spirit. That's why it is important to understand that the building that you called church is not the church at all. You are the building of God, as God has said I will put my Spirit in you and you shall be my sons and my daughters. "Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world "(1 John 4:4). The Holy Spirit dwells within you--- not in your head, but in your spirit. God has to communicate with you through your spirit because that is where He is. Your spirit gets its information through Him. Learn to obey your spirit ! So many say that conscience is not a safe guide, but that statement is not always true. The conscience is a safe God in the believer. Satan or Lucifer is the god of this sense realm. (See 2 Corinthians 4:4). And many times people tried to get God to move in the sense realm. Nowhere in the New Testament does it say, "As many as are led by fleecing, or feelings, they are the sons of God." But you will find that the Bible does say, "for as many as are led by the spirit of God, they are the sons of God ."(Romans 8:14). God will lead and guide you through your own spirit. You need to know that. "The spirit of man is the candle of the Lord . . ." Too many miss it because they are not taking advantage of what belongs to them. I suggest that many believe needs to realize that God will guide them through their spirits. If our spirit has the life and nature of God in and had the privilege to meditate in the Word of God, our spirit becomes a safe guide. Learn to obey the voice of your spirit. If you are not used to doing that, of course, you won't get there quickly. In the beginning of this lesson I said that your spirit could be educated as your mind could be, and your spirit could be built up and strengthen as your body could be. But just as you did not begin school in the first grade 1 week and graduated from the 12th grade the next, your spirit will not be educated or trained overnight. As you walk in the light of the Word and put into practice the four rules listed in this lesson, you eventually will come to the place where you will know in your spirit what you should do in even the minor details of life. You will receive guidance and will always instantly get either a "yes" or a "no." The spirit of man is the candle of the Lord, searching all the inward parts of the belly." (Proverbs 20:27).
