Exceedingly Growing Faith !

EXCEEDINGLY GROWING FAITH : God told Joshua that if he would meditate in the Word of the books of the law, day and night, to observe to do them according to all that is written therein, he would be prosperous and he would have good success. I teach along these lines because the word of God is true and a minister who attended gave me this report later. He said that he had been doing everything he could to make a success of his ministry. He said that if he heard of a pastor who was doing well, he visited him, watch what he did, and studied the kind of program he had. Then he would try to put that man's programs into action in his own ministry, but it never worked. He had flown all over the country doing this. Then he decided to follow the rule God gave Joshua. This is God's method. He decided he would meditate in the word I had taught, taking a little time out each morning. After 30 days of praying this way, not asking much, but just waiting and meditating on the Word of God. One morning, they had a landslide. More people were saved there that day than had been in the previous two or three years. His people were revived, and he began to have good success. In the thing that many people called church all program to entertainment, and there's not much Word coming from the altars. And many people wait until Sunday after Sunday, which is sun worship to experience God's presence. "That was his life and that was where he needed to have good success. Your life's calling is something else. But it is certainly true that your weight can be prosperous also, and you can have good success. You can know how to deal wisely in the affairs of life. Take time to meditate in God's Word. Shut yourself in along with your own spirit, with the world are set out. Began by taking 10 or 15 minutes daily for meditation; that isn't much. Began the development of your own spirit. Began--- and then it will grow. Began taking time. [2]. PRACTICING THE WORD OF GOD: practicing the Word means being a "doers of the Word," as we are told in the book of James. (James 1:22). "But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves." Yes, you can deceive your own spirit ! We have many "talkers about the Word," and even many "rejoicers about the Word," but we don't have many "doers of the Word." Began to practice being a "doer of the Word" by doing in all circumstances and situations what the word tells you to do. Some have thought that being a "doer Of the Word "means to keep the 10 Commandments. That is not what (James 1:22) is talking about. After all, we, Under the New Covenant, have but one commandment: the commandment of love. Jesus said, "A new commandment I give unto you, That you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another" (John 13:34). Love is a act of kindness or generosity not just a four letter word !
